Toilet Training by New York artist Margaret Morgan is a 26 minute video that slices together fragments of toilet and bathroom scenes from 22 movies and some home video. The video draws upon a range of fears and anxieties, including hygiene, castration, menses and birth. Following the screening, Margaret Morgan and visiting Professor Elizabeth Bronfen will discuss the work.
