Instead, visit the Art Gallery of New South Wales for all your Christmas shopping, a glass of wine, some jazz and Christmas carols, maybe meet a hot date and view the Caravaggio exhibition - all in the one evening.
Every Wednesday night, throughout December, Art After Hours has a full programme of free events to complement Christmas shopping at the Gallery. Enjoy a free concert in the Old Courts or gain a unique insight into the dark world of Caravaggio with a free guided tour.
The Gallery's shop offers a range of gifts for the whole family including posters of iconic artworks, jewellery, art books and clothing. All gifts will be wrapped free of charge.
